1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (account registration, billing details, support requests), data generated by your use of the service (workflow configurations, execution logs, connector credentials), and standard web analytics (page views, referrers, browser type).

2. How we use your information

We use collected data to operate and improve the ZapRail service, process payments, send transactional notifications, and provide customer support. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

3. Connector credentials

OAuth tokens and API keys you provide to connect third-party services are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and are used solely to execute the workflows you configure. Credentials are never logged in plaintext.

4. Data retention

Execution logs are retained for the duration specified by your plan (7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, 1 year on Enterprise). You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies (which you may decline). We do not use advertising cookies.
