1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ZapRail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of service

You may use ZapRail only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not use the service to transmit malware, conduct unauthorised access, or violate any applicable law.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

4. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. Enterprise SLAs are governed by your separate order form.

5. Intellectual property

ZapRail and its underlying technology remain the exclusive property of ZapRail, Inc. Your workflow configurations and data remain yours. You grant ZapRail a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZapRail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
